Policy
Cancellations: Cancellations made 24 hours prior to arrival - No Fee will be charged. Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival would call for a cancellation charge of 100% of the total stay. Cancellations made during will attract a 50% charge of the remaining stay. No Shows will be charged 100% of the total stay.
Complimentary Continental Breakfast.
Complimentary English Breakfast when booking directly with the Hotel using this website.
No Smoking Hotel - On the spot fine of £50.00 for breach of this policy. If policy is breached within a bedroom a fine of £250.00 will be leived per guest.
No Pets (except guide dogs)
Noise Policy: Guests must keep the noise levels at a minimum at all times with in the Hotel and when coming back to the Hotel after 22:00 hrs.
