Policy
Cancellations: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival - No Fee will be charged. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival would be charged a cancellation charge of 100% of the total stay. Cancellations made during will attract a 100% charge of the remaining stay. No Shows will be charged 100% of the total stay. No Refunds.
Complimentary Continental Breakfast.
Complimentary English Breakfast when booking directly with the Hotel using this website.
No Smoking Hotel - On the spot fine of £50.00 for breach of this policy. If policy is breached within a bedroom a fine of £250.00 will be leived per guest.
No Pets (except guide dogs)
Noise Policy: Guests must keep the noise levels at a minimum at all times with in the Hotel and when coming back to the Hotel after 22:00 hrs.
Extra Beds and Baby Cots avaliable on request only. (Subject to Avaliability)

Check Out: by 12:00 hours on day of departure.
All Airport to Hotel Transfer bookings to be paid in Cash (GPB) to the driver.
