"What a little gem! We stayed here over weekend in May and have to say that we had great service and a very comfortable stay. The hotel has been recently refurbished and is really so convenient for Wembley or going into London. (we did both)
We walked to the station and were in Wembley in minutes. The service was fab and nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast was really good too.(better than many other 4star hotels). "Small hotel near Wembley, ideal for this venue (reason we stayed) and perfect for getting into central London. Excellent value for money, staff excellent. Service is something that the larger hotels should look to take on board. Staff helped customers who had problems due to the problems with security at airports (cancellations/delays), find alternative routes to their destinations. I asked for directions out of London and before you know it a ready prepared directions came flying off the printer. overall I rated Brent X hotel as 9/10.
