"Good value, served its purpose, quiet, adequate. This hotel is very clean and comfortable. The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area and we felt very safe leaving the car on the car park all day and night. As there is no bar in the hotel and we could only find one local pub, night time activities are limited unless you are prepared to use the tube. "A little difficult to find, but worth it when you do find it. Small hotel near Wembley, ideal for this venue (reason we stayed) and perfect for getting into central London. Excellent value for money, staff excellent. Service is something that the larger hotels should look to take on board. Staff helped customers who had problems due to the problems with security at airports (cancellations/delays), find alternative routes to their destinations. I asked for directions out of London and before you know it a ready prepared directions came flying off the printer. overall I rated Brent X hotel as 9/10.
